All our rooms feature our signature in-room mini-kitchen complete with fridge, microwave, sink with BRITA filter tap (currently not available at Liverpool), kettle, crockery, cutlery, glassware, Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary Nespresso capsules and Fairtrade Taylors of Harrogate teas. It gives you the freedom and flexibility to store and prepare your food and make a tea or coffee whenever you wish.
Our team can pre-stock your in-room fridge and larder with any items you prefer 24 hours before you arrive. If you are looking for inspiration on what to order, why not request croissants and fresh fruit for breakfast, scones and sandwiches for afternoon tea, wine and cheese for the evening, or champagne and truffles for an extra special treat. As long as we’re able to find it at a nearby shop or supermarket, we’ll collect whatever you prefer. (excludes raw fish and raw meat). Alcohol can be purchased from our hotel menu. We charge the cost of the items purchased, plus VAT and taxes.
You can order from our Drinks & Snacks menu, and we’ll deliver to your room a choice of specially selected wines. These wines together with cocktails, beer, cider, non-alcoholic drinks and snacks are all available at a 25% discount to our Members. Or feel free to make use of any of the online food delivery apps, and we’ll call your room to let you know when it’s arrived at reception and deliver to your room door.
Our 24-hour front desk team are all specially trained experts on the local area and passionate about sharing their knowledge. That’s why we call them our Resident Insiders. They can provide personalised suggestions for anything from where to eat and drink, or what to see and do, based on your specific requirements. They will also happily book any tours, tickets or taxis, or make any restaurant reservations on your behalf.
The Resident Liverpool
The Resident’s location is perfect for anyone wishing to visit the great city of Liverpool as it is within walking distance of loads of the attractions. It is right in the middle of the buzzing night life in of the city but you would never know it as we did not hear any outside noise from our room.
The staff are really friendly and helpful and our room was lovely, comfortable and clean.

This hotel is perfectly located….its so easy to walk to pretty much everything.
staff were fantastic. the room lovely, very comfy bed and great bathroom. cant recommend this hotel enough.

The Resident Victoria
We had a lovely stay with our children at the Resident. It is really central and very convenient to visit all the main monuments of London. The rooms are equiped with a mini kitchen, which is a real asset. We strongly recommend this hotel for a short family or couple stay.

The Resident Kensington
A rare find. I had the most pleasant 2-night stay at The Resident Kensington. The location was perfect coming from Heathrow, and I was warmly welcomed by the reception staff on arrival. My room was impeccable and had everything I needed, including a handy kitchenette. It is located in a lovely neighborhood and was enjoyable to walk around and explore. I wish I could have stayed longer there and would highly recommend.
